Appearance:
Appearing to be about 18-19ish in age, he is only actually 15 years old. He has short, dark brown hair with a random curl that in a certain light, seems to have a face in it. His eyes are a bright brown. He stands at 5 foot 7 inches and is quite thin.

His clothing varies depending on mood and activities. While at school and going out, he tends to wear jeans with colorful shirts and hoodies with excessively long sleeves. When practicing with his powers, he changes to tighter clothing to cut down on wind resistance.

Power: Superhuman speed
Brief Description of Abilities: Yong Soo has the ability to move at supersonic speeds for short periods of time, which is usually more than enough. When he's not actively using his power, he still has abnormally quick reflexes and thinks at a rate 2-3 times faster than that of the average person.

Because Yong Soo is not affected by a lot of things. He writes this by saying he exists in a separate strand of time that moves faster, rather than simply moving faster himself. Telepaths can't read his mind and only get a buzzing noise? Must be that his thoughts are moving too fast for them to understand. Drugs have little to no effect on him? His body must process them too quickly to feel the effects.

His super speed comes with a large price. Because he moves faster, he also ages much more quickly than normal. Taking his rate of aging into consideration, Yong Soo figures he’ll reach the end of his natural life sometime in his early to mid thirties. Yong Soo is also capable of brief periods of super speed, in which he can move at a rate that breaks the sound barrier. It only lasts about a minute real time, which is usually more than enough to do what he needs. The backlash of these moments include him falling into unconsciousness (sometimes for several days) and aging about a year physically.

Personality:

Yong Soo seems to be a naive, happy go lucky kid, and he is. He is eager to please, and likes it best when everyone is happy. While being book smart and creative, he was given a somewhat sheltered life. This caused him to have trouble reading the emotional moods of others (as well as their annoyance levels). Due to a lack of socialization with people other than his brother, he is cuddly to the point of being a human leach. He also leads a very ‘live as though it’s your last moment’ lifestyle due to his life being already half over.

He is easily manipulated. Yong Soo will do almost anything someone asks of him if he thinks it will help them or make them happy. The only thing that does really bother him is hurting people, and he will refuse things that will hurt others or put them in danger.

History: (At least two paragraphs)

Yong Soo was born 15 years ago to mother. After only six months of pregnancy, Yong Soo was still at an average birth weight with no medical problems. His family watched as the boy grew like a weed, hitting developmental mile stones much earlier than his peers. It appeared that Yong Soo had the same mutation as his mother, super speed. Yong Soo’s body went at a rate roughly twice as fast as a normal person; with it coming an accelerated heart beat, higher than average body temperature.

Yong Soo’s mother did her best to raise the hyperactive boy and his calmer older brother, Hyung Soo. His powers were hard to control and even harder to hide at first. Not only that, but his mother was reaching the end of her life, in the body of an 80 year old woman at only 32 years old. At 36 their mother passed away and the two brothers turned to Galena City and the school for mutants for their new home.

Yong Soo bounced back and forth on the balls of his feet. His sneakers were starting to get snug again, and were starting to fray along the seems. Hyung was gonna get mad at him. The younger brother was going through a new pair of sneakers every two months. They either wore out from all of his running about, or he would outgrow them. Gripping the strap of his strap of his backpack, he raised his hand and knocked on the wooden door. He was excited and bit nervous. This would be his first time living with someone his age who wasn’t his older brother. Hyung was such a stick in the mud, that Yong Soo was sure that his new roommates would be tons more fun to be around then he was. If worse came to worse, the pack of banana cupcakes in his bag would hopefully help win them over. Opening the door, the energetic Korean practically bounced inside to meet the people he’d be living with for the next few months.
